Prior content in this article duplicated one or more previously published sources. The material was copied from: https://www.racv.com.au/about-racv/corporate-governance/our-heritage.html. Copied or closely paraphrased material has been rewritten or removed and must not be restored, unless it is duly released under a compatible license. (For more information, please see "using copyrighted works from others" if you are not the copyright holder of this material, or "donating copyrighted materials" if you are.)

For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or published material; such additions will be deleted. Contributors may use copyrighted publications as a source of information, and, if allowed under fair use, may copy sentences and phrases, provided they are included in quotation marks and referenced properly. The material may also be rewritten, provided it does not infringe on the copyright of the original or plagiarize from that source. Therefore, such paraphrased portions must provide their source. Please see our guideline on non-free text for how to properly implement limited quotations of copyrighted text. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. While we appreciate contributions, we must require all contributors to understand and comply with these policies. Thank you. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 13:26, 22 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I have followed Wikipedia's procedures for having copyright content approved by emailing Permissions <permissions@wikimedia.org> explaining that RACV are the copyright holders of the materials I am a authorised to publish it on their behalf. If this is not the correct procedure for licencing copyright materials, can you provide me with directions on the correct procedure? ADN304 (talk) 06:08, 23 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
ADN304, you've already taken the first step, which was to disclose your paid-editor status. Your way forward from here is to request changes to the basic facts in the article here on this page. Any request should be brief, clear and (of course) fully supported by suitable WP:independent reliable sources. You can attract attention to it by adding a {{request edit}} template; there's a substantial backlog of such requests, so don't expect an immediate response.
If you've sent acceptable permission for the use of the text of your website, that will eventually be logged here; the old revisions of the page that are hidden from sight as copyright violations may then be unhidden. If you mention the VRT ticket number (a long number beginning #2022...) here, I will look into that. But please understand that in no circumstances will text along the lines of "RACV has been part of people's lives since 1903 – on the road, in their home and when there's a holiday to plan" ever become part of a Wikipedia article – not least because it is ungrammatical.
